  • Location Data: We collect precise or approximate location via GPS through our mobile apps (subject to your explicit permission) to locate the nearest store or facilitate accurate order delivery.
  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers (UUID), and crash logs to ensure application stability.

3. How We Use Data

We process your personal data for the following lawful purposes:

  • Order Fulfillment: Processing transactions, delivering products, and issuing electronic invoices.
  • “RewardMe” Loyalty Program: Calculating loyalty points, tracking rewards, and enabling benefits across physical stores and digital platforms.

Under the Saudi PDPL and mobile app marketplace mandates (Apple & Google), you hold explicit rights: the right to access, rectify, withdraw consent, and request the erasure/destruction of your personal data.

Account & Data Deletion Mechanism (“RewardMe”):

Upon deleting your account, your profile, accumulated loyalty points, and associated personal datasets will be permanently purged from our active databases within the legally permitted timeframe and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account and Data:

  1. In-App Method: Navigate to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account. Confirm the prompt, and the request will execute immediately.
  2. Email Method: Send an explicit deletion request to: csecommerce@namarabia.com.sa with the Subject Line: RewardMe Account Deletion Request. Please include your registered mobile number and email address. Your data will be purged within 48 hours.
